Positive: Peaceful surroundings, Good Water Supply both cold and hot, functional kitchen and a nice trrace.

Negative: The property has no AC and wifi. It gets super hot and not advisable during summer if you have kids or old people. Mosquitoes are also an issue. I recommend the place for winters or monsoon. Will be amazing to stay here. But not in summers with the heat and mosquitos.
