Positive: It was lovely and spacious with traditional decor. The food was amazing and the hospitality of the staff was beyond expectations. Wonderful view of the lake. Onsen was fabulous! Nice small town with plenty to see especially Natadera Temple - gorgeous! Mr Fokuda made our stay special with his English explanations and exceptional service!
Negative: Futon and pillow were too firm for me but fine for my husband.

Positive: Free shuttle pick up from Kaga Station. Spacious room with nice view of the lake. We could stay in the hotel room to see the firework clearly. There are outdoor onsen but due to privacy, can only peek from the gap to see the lake view. The dinner and breakfast are delicate and authentic, which are the highlights of the stay. Friendly staff.
Negative: The hotel is dated and can do some renovation.
