Summary: We were welcomed by two wonderful ladies that guided us to the rules of the hostel. The location is perfect distance from the city. The service was very nice as expected. I will be coming back to this hostel next time I am in Shinjuku!

Summary: As everyone else says, the walls in the rooms are really thin. The staff was cleaning or doing something late at night and it made it difficult to sleep. Everything else about the property was fine, and pleasant. All of the rule posters on the walls are a bit off-putting though.

Summary: Very pleasant experience and stay! The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were easy to use. The location was also within 15 minutes walking distance for the major train lines in Tokyo.

Summary: Great place for a low budget hostel. There is no dormitory, so the place is quiete and very clean. There is a front desk person only from 3 to 10 PM, they are very nice and helpful

Summary: Stayed at the Nishishinjuku branch for a few days with a friend. We booked a comfort double bed that was, true to the name, pretty comfy! This hostel offered a great balance of both affordability and comfort. The rooms and common spaces were quite tidy, and the kitchen/refrigerator were great to have. My only real complaint was that it was a bit noisy at times, although I attribute this mostly to being roomed right next to the bathroom. I think it would have otherwise been pretty quiet. Our room also didn’t have curtains, but was still cozy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly both over e-message and in-person. We also had to make a few alterations to our reservation a few weeks after booking, and this was very easy to do through Hotels.com. Definitely a great stay, and would certainly recommend a stay here.
