Positive: The hotel is really easy to find from Chiba Station. Before our arrival the host sent us a guide on how to get there, the check in information, and the check in was really smooth. The room is pretty cozy, clean, and very great for my family. The bed was clean and quite comfortable. The host is also helpful and if you have any questions, just text them and they will reply shortly after. The price is very reasonable as well.

Negative: The only thing is that it is right next to the train track so you could hear trains passing by. If you have no problem with that then this is the perfect place to stay. Our family was very tired so it didn't bother us and we slept well. But maybe for future guests if you can change the curtains to the one that can dampen the noise, it will be perfect.

Summary: It was a very pleasant stay overall, Recommended if you have no problem with the train passing by.

Positive: The room (with bathroom) was clean and comfortable, and very close to Chiba station, which is very practical for both travel or access to surrounding shops and restaurants. Easy room access with passcode.

Negative: It is directly adjacent to the train tracks, passing trains make considerable noise every few minutes. Not for light sleepers.

Positive: the space is very big, and there is a table that can be used for working futon also good noone in the lobby but you can dm them in booking chat and their response is quite fast (english is ok) overall with that space, it seems worth your money

Negative: the sink seems drain water slowly, the ac is dirty (as long as they clean those, it is ok) and the shower room is a little bit small, it will be difficult if you have big body

Summary: good if you dont really mind small shower

Positive: Price was great. Just be prepared for train noise. But the other side of that it is literally right next to the train station. The convenience was outstanding. The hallways could use a little refreshing. But if you're traveling it's a great stop for a night or two when needed at a great value. I would stay again if needed. It's a quick jump to Narita.
