Negative: It's so close to the station that you hear trains loudly every 5 minutes except between 1 am - 4 am when the trains stop.

Positive: I came late, trains just stopped, had to get up early(i dont sleep out on holidays) and slept like a baby the 4 nights I was here. Very clean and comfortable beds. Its not a up to date modern hotel, but its no less space there than other hotels in Japan, a bit bigger room I would say. It does get som criticism for being close to the rail tracks, I had no problem with that. I would gladly stay here again. Responsive staff.
Negative: They could need a fresh layer of a light color paint in the hallways, but thats just me being picky. It was clean and comfortable and in the end that and location is what counts to me.

Positive: I did not get any information about my room number before getting to hotel ! Then I contact them and they replied me fast to get me the information about room number and key code. This hotel is in a very convenient place.
Negative: It is too near the station and you can hear train movements easily!
Summary: Based on the price it is OK.
