Your reservation includes one body towel and a locker key, delivered at check-in. Please note that the locker fits belongings up to the size of a backpack.
Elevator access is available to the lobby, parking area, floor 3 and the gym on floor 7. The roof garden is accessed by stairs.
Reception is available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, with 24-hour security and assistance by phone or message.
We are located near Calzada de Tlalpan, two blocks from Eje Central Metro and one block from the trolleybus, with easy access to the airport, the Francisco Márquez Olympic Pool and the Frida Kahlo Museum.
Important:
• Guests must be 15 or older.
• Check-out is no later than 11:00 am. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the room or building; it is permitted only in the roof garden or outside.

To maintain this standard, we present our strict rules and regulations:
Check-in and Check-out Times
• Check-in can be done from 1:00 PM.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
In case you require a late check-out, there will be a fee of $200.00 MXN, which will be charged directly as a guarantee if you check out after 11:00 AM without prior notice.
Check-out and Cleaning
Once you have checked out, it is imperative that you vacate the living areas and move to the main lobby on the ground floor. This is mandatory, as the cleaning team will enter the rooms and common areas from that moment to perform the necessary cleaning. Please note that if you need to leave after this time, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and an additional fee will apply based on the duration of the extension. We inform you that staying in the lobby for more than one hour after check-out is not allowed.
Rules and Regulations for Coexistence
At Mr. Herold Homes, we share common spaces with other travelers who, like you, seek to enjoy their stay. To ensure a harmonious coexistence, we ask that you respect the following rules:
Common Areas
• Access is permitted exclusively to the 1st floor, 3rd floor, 7th floor, and Roof Garden.
1st Floor: Work and desk area
3rd Floor: Room area, living room, and kitchen
7th Floor: Gym (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
8th Floor: Roof Garden (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
• Strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day (if this rule is violated, a fine of $500.00 MXN will be charged).
• Keep the volume of the TV, tablets, or phones moderate at all times in the TV room and living area.
• It is not allowed to subscribe to pay TV channels.
• Eating in the TV room and living area is not permitted (if this rule is violated, a fine of $500.00 MXN will be charged).
• Please turn off the TV when you are not using it and keep the living room furniture in perfect order.
• The use of the TV room, living room, and kitchen is suspended from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day (if this rule is violated, a fine of $500.00 MXN will be charged).
Kitchen and Dining Area
• Please use only the basic kitchen utensils.
• Consumables are individual and are not provided by Mr. Herold Homes.
• Please wash and dry the utensils immediately after use (if this rule is violated, a fine of $500.00 MXN will be charged).
• Once you have washed and dried the utensils you used, you must store them in their place and not leave them in the drying rack.
• It is strictly prohibited to leave dirty dishes in the kitchen or common areas (if this rule is violated, a fine will be charged).
• Cutting food directly on the counter is not allowed; please use the designated cutting boards.
• You must clean the stove after using it.
• If you make a mess on the floor while cooking, you must clean it.
• The sink must be cleaned after washing dishes; clean the drain and remove food waste.
• It is mandatory to respect other guests` consumables.
• Please remove personal food items that are spoiled from the refrigerator.
• You must clean the microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all accessories if used and soiled.
• It is strictly prohibited to use the kitchen drawers to store food.
• It is important to maintain order and cleanliness at all times.
• It is the responsibility of all guests to keep the areas clean; the necessary accessories are provided for this purpose.
• It is essential that upon check-out, you remove all your food items from the refrigerator and/or any other area.
Bathroom
• In the showers located in the bathrooms, you will find basic items such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
• Please use the shower responsibly.
• It is important to keep the bathroom clean at all times.
• Use toilet paper responsibly.
• Please limit your shower time to the minimum necessary.
• Remember that small towels are for the face, medium towels for the hands, and large towels for the body; using them for any other purpose is prohibited.
• Please deposit used towels in the appropriate baskets and maintain the bathroom in suitable conditions for shared use.
• It is strictly prohibited to leave clothing and personal items in the bathroom.
• It is strictly prohibited to wash clothes in the bathroom or any area not designated for that purpose.
• Hanging clothes in the bathroom and/or common areas is prohibited.
Rooms
• Eating in the rooms is prohibited.
• Changing rooms and/or staying overnight in other guests` rooms is strictly prohibited.
• It is important to keep the doors of your room and lockers closed at all times for security reasons.
• Please remember that towels and sheets will only be changed for stays longer than a week or under exceptional circumstances.
• Please deodorize any items that may generate unpleasant odors to maintain a pleasant environment in the rooms.
• We ask that when entering your room, you do so in an orderly and quiet manner.
• Please do not use more beds, pillows, and/or blankets than reserved (if this rule is violated, a fine will be charged).
• It is prohibited to host individuals not registered in your room; if there is any change in the number of people originally registered, you must notify management in advance.
• It is prohibited to have personal items and/or luggage on other beds, hallways, and/or common areas. You are only allowed to have your personal items on the assigned bed, under it, and/or in the assigned locker.
• Hanging clothes on the windows is prohibited.
• It is strictly prohibited to hang clothes on the beds.
• It is prohibited to hang clothes to dry in the bathrooms, rooms, and/or any part of the building.
• Please keep your personal items organized at all times.
• Clothing or accessories found by Mr. Herold Homes staff in common areas that do not belong to the hostel will be discarded.
Other Rules
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises and/or outside the designated area for this activity (if this rule is violated, a fine of $500.00 to $2000.00 will be charged).
• Guests are responsible for keeping their rooms and common areas clean and tidy.
• Moving furniture from any area is prohibited without exception.
• Parties or gatherings in the facilities are prohibited.
• At no time are visitors allowed.
• For any reason, the number of people staying in each room must not exceed the assigned capacity per room.
• The use of speakers and/or sound systems in any area is prohibited.
• It is strictly prohibited to introduce and consume alcoholic beverages and/or illegal substances.
• Eating in the sofas, TV area, and rooms is prohibited.
• To save energy, please keep the lights and other devices off when not in use.
• Remember that the air conditioning is turned on and off only by the reception staff; if necessary, you may request it.
• All guests are requested to remain dressed at all times.
• Please maintain an appropriate tone of voice for good coexistence among guests.
• Mr. Herold Homes is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. We advise you to safeguard and monitor all personal items.
• If you lose your locker key, please inform reception immediately, and you will have to pay $500.00 MXN.
• Mr. Herold Homes is open to the public from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If you wish to enter or exit outside of these hours, please ring the doorbell, and the door will be opened or closed automatically by the security staff.
Responsibility and Safety
• Upon arrival, check the room inventory, as it will be reviewed upon your departure. Any missing items or damages must be covered by the guest with an identical product, or if unavailable, the cost will be charged.
• Any damage to the property and/or furniture of Mr. Herold Homes will be the responsibility of the person causing it, and must be paid immediately in cash.
• Theft or intentional damage will be reported to the police.
• It is prohibited to carry out any act that causes damage or harm to Mr. Herold Homes or other guests, or conduct contrary to decorum or social behavior.
• If you leave for more than twenty-four hours without prior notice to management, your accommodation may be terminated or suspended, and your luggage may be collected.
• Mr. Herold Homes is not responsible for any accidents and/or incidents that the guest suffers within the facilities.
