Looking for a Lake Martin Condo that is affordable, or just need extra space for your weekend guest? Then the Top Deck condo is the perfect place for you! Featuring 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, an open floorplan, and a screened-in back porch with a patio sofa, mini fridge, electric smoker, Keurig, and TV. What a great way to spend football weekends. This condo is located in the Golf Colony complex which has its own private pool and hot tub.
The condo has been recently updated and is equipped with a pull-out couch, high-speed internet, and cable TV. The master has a king bed, TV, and a tub/shower combo. The guest room has two full beds, a TV with Roku, and a private entrance to the guest bath.
The Golf Colony complex is in the Still Waters gated community which boasts several amenities such as a golf course, Lake Martin access at Harbor Point Marina (less than .5 miles away), a second pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, and more.
Please note, this condo is not waterfront.
This condo is also available for monthly rentals.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at Top Deck while visiting our daughter who attends Auburn. Wished we had found this place sooner- she’s a senior. It’s updated, spacious, and very clean. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. The electronic lock was a little wonky- hubby thinks it might need new batteries. Our only other minor complaint is that the pots and pans were very worn, Teflon flaking off and slightly rusted. We weren’t planning to cook too much so this in no way affected our stay. Would definitely book here again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
