Positive: Almost everything was in line with our expectations. The staff was the highlight both during and after our stay. When we received my son’s phone (by post), which was discovered in the room by housekeeping staff after check-out, we were impressed by its ingenious and thoughtful package. It’s highly appreciated.

Positive: Absolutely phenomenal - the BEST ski vacation ever!! - right at the slopes - clean big pools with warm water, spa for adults - outdoor heated pool where we look at ski slopes - clean rooms - breakfast had a huge variety of options - dinner: 5 course meals, excellent and interesting choices. - dinner: option to skip 5 course meals for cheese or meat fondue. We did the meat option and had a great experience - staff: very friendly, always helpful - ski rooms have heated dryers for boots - play and fun area for the kids WOW. We love this place and be back :-)

Positive: Absolutely fabulous location right on the slopes and opposite the ski lift. There’s even a ski hire shop in the basement.
Negative: It was too hot and airless. We had to sleep with windows open. The staff were also a bit variable. Some were excellent but others clueless

Positive: Location and staff was nice, they are doing their best considering zero investments… Dinner is nice and good selection of wines! They clean the room twice which is good!
Negative: Extremely Poor breakfast, only one elevator, poor spa, TV set older than 10 years! Coffee is horrible! In the room you may find an old type of coffee machine! At least to be able to serve a nice coffee at the bar, but even there the serve automatic coffee machine and not a professional one! Bath and shower old and hard to be used ! No thermostat meaning no temperature control in the room, so either is cold or extremely hot!
Summary: Ski slope location and nothing else memorable!

Positive: Fantastic hotel and staff, great facilities, very good half-board options and ski-in/ski-out with a handy chairlift just a few yards from the front door.
Negative: Getting back to the hotel from Obergurgl/Nederhutte after a few apres-ski drinks requires a taxi.

Positive: Loved the whole property. Can’t wait to come back.
Negative: My only complaints were: the curtains in both of the rooms were too small to properly cover the windows. They need two extra panels adding either side and some black out material to aid better sleep. The kids food menu needs expanding; we were on half board and there was not a lot to choose from for the kids dining there every night. Could do with other kids things like burgers (which you have on the adult lunch menu) etc. would be helpful too to have the same for a kids room service menu Other than that, a perfect stay!
