Positive: Beautiful property and the river right in the back of the property was awesome. Staff was kind and welcoming.
Negative: At first the air conditioner in the room was not working, however, the staff was prompt in resolving the issue and the switch is rooms. Kudos for fast acting to make our stay comfortable.

Positive: small family hotel of 10 apartments. quiet place, the noise from the mountain river was higher than from transport! Instead of two separate rooms, we were offered a free two-room apartment. heated by air conditioning, there is a shower and toilet, a living room, the owner speaks English and cooks well and tasty, you can eat in the room or on the site by the river, the owner provides service, cooks delicious meat dishes. The snowy mountains are about 30 minutes by car. There are shops and a pharmacy nearby. beautiful nature, good roads.
Negative: There is no possibility to cook food in the apartments, breakfast is prepared for those who don’t get up early, the Internet did not work reliably in the apartments, a common problem with all air conditioners is a little noise; getting hot water in the shower requires a little patience

Positive: Sadly when I arrived they were experiencing a power cut, this was everywhere, so not easy to charge phone or batteries… but no fault in their part. Room was small but functional with excellent hot water and ok shower. I ordered an evening meal of beef skewers and fries which was very good.
Negative: As most hotels in the area they need to get a credit card machine for card payments. This can be very frustrating

Positive: Great location, really nice and friendly staff and very accommodating. Catered for all our requests. The food was excellent.

Positive: We had dinner upon arrival, which was great. We did not have breakfast due to early departure. The hotel is cute, with nice garden area and beautiful location on the river. It was nice falling asleep to the sound of the river and calling Maghreb Owls. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negative: The only detractor is the loud road adjacent to the property. It quieted down by about 9 PM.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Positive: The triple view : on the mountain, the pool, and the lac The kindness of the staff The pool even though it is too small, suitable for kids. The tagines : very yummy :)
Negative: The repeated power cuts : for 2 nights there was no electricity and no water for many hours.. this was really stressful The breakfast : very limited, and no specific breakfast for kids
