Summary: Great apartment. Terrace lovely overlooking Nice. A few points to note. Bus outside for easy travel to town. Supermarket at the bottom of a very steep hill or up the hill for another. We mostly used food delivery as very hot and travelling with small children. Twin bedroom didn't have aircon or fan and so hot even in Sept. and also a lot of road noise. Only one key and the gated drive to the properties key code didn't work. This made it difficult with older family arriving late after meals out as we had to go up and let them in. Going to different places and returning at different times with only 1 key fob to get in was a challenge. Everything worked well washer, dishwasher, super American style fridge. Pool good although shut for our last 2 days so the planned barbeque and evening swim didn't happen. Overall a fantastic place, slightly out of town but easy access town rail and tram links.

Summary: We travelled to Nice as a family. We were met by Francis who was so kind and helpful. Offering us lots of hints and tips for our week stay. The apartment is set in a quiet complex which has underground secure parking if needed. We didn’t use the pool but you walk to it from the apartment block through a wooded garden area, a Lovely setting. The apartment itself has panoramic views from most windows. The accommodation is spacious and clean. The furnishings are lovely but the kitchen items could do with an update. The beds are firm. It would have been useful to have an information book/guide for the flat, appliances and the area. We didn’t hire a car. Buses come every 15mins Mon-Fri, less frequent on the weekends and can be caught opposite the property. Take the bus to the bottom of the hill & catch the tram which takes you right into the city and the coast. You can buy a 7 day pass that can be used for both buses & Trams. The main train station is not too far and you can easily go up and down the coast. We visited Monaco, Cannes & Antibes very easily and cheaply. We very much enjoyed our stay & would happily stay again! Thank you Claude.

Summary: Our family of 5 just finished a 12 day stay at the property at the end of June. A lovely apartment with a huge terrace and one of the best views in Nice. Everything looked just as in the photos. The owner was very responsive to any and all inquiries and the woman who greeted us at the apartment was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, washing machine and 3 excellent air conditioning units throughout. Be advised that only one bedroom has a unit in it though. The 2 bathrooms were very modern and clean; our one suggestion is to add shower curtains as the shower will spray around the room. Also be advised that there are 2 bathrooms but only one toilet but we made it work. There is a dedicated garage space for a car but our large group rented a minivan so we had to park on the street as it did not fit but we were always able to find a place. The swimming pool is a nice amenity especially during the very warm June afternoons but be advised that there is a very long and steep staircase that is required to access the pool; it may be difficult for some. The location worked for us because we were visiting family who live close by and we had a car but we wished there were few stores withing walking distance. Overall we had wonderful stay and highly recommend the property. As long as travelers understand the location is not downtown you will be very happy with your stay.

Summary: As a family of six we found the apartment easy to find and well connected to public transport. We found it spacious and reasonably well equipped. The kids enjoyed the fast wifi connection, but the best thing of all was the wonderful terrace with a beautiful view across Nice and to the sea. The large pool was better than expected and not overcrowded even at the end of July, the perfect place to relax on lazy days or after a hot day of sightseeing. We walked to the Matisse Museum and used public transport to get around very easily. Parking was fun in the underground car park with a lift directly to the front door of the apartment. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful.
