Very well kept equipment with a high-quality furniture was. The very spacious apartment has parquet floors and is furnished with dark woods and high windows. A color-coordinated and successful combination of the walls provide a pleasant atmosphere. DSL Internet, flat screen TV and an iPod docking station are available.
Large living / sleeping area with king size bed (1.80m * 2.00m) and comfortable sofa bed (0.80m * 2.00m).
Luxurious marble bathrooms.
Very well equipped kitchen.
Despite its central location in the City-West, facing the quiet courtyard garden.

Summary: The flat is in a great location, close to transport links for the airport and the top shopping street Kurfürstendamm. Down side is that it is up 90 steps which is tiring when carrying suitcases. Beware that you are charged on arrival 50 for cleaning and 22 city taxes - something we thought were part of the booked fee. It took virtually all of our cash.

Summary: Everything I needed was within walking distance. Restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the parking situation is not so good. If you can travel without a car, you should do so. Saves time and a lot of money. However, the landlord can't do anything about that. The apartment was great - full marks. I'd be happy to come back!!

Summary: The apartment is exactly what the property photos and description depicts. Perfect size for 2 people...maybe 3 for a cozy West Berlin stay. This apartment is close to many public transportation options, wonderful resturants, and a few bars. Be prepared for the stairs, they are no joke but also totally manageable. My only knock is the cash payment of $50 for a cleaning fee. I'm not sure why this fee isn't included in the VRBO rental payment, but I was forced to take cash out of an ATM which cost me more than just the $50. Other than that, lovely property.

Summary: Top appartment (which can also be taken literally) as you have to walk up 4 floors to get to it. The location is superb, the appartment very clean and stylish. The landlord was very helpful with my late arrival. I truly enjoyed my stay. The only drawback is an additional 50 euro charge for cleaning which is hidden in the rental contract and was not clearly stated in Vrbo

Summary: I really hit the jackpot with this property. Upon arrival, the wait wasn’t long to be let into the apartment. I was prepared for the stairs and Jarek was nice enough to switch bags with me toward the end as I had a heavy suitcase and he let me take my carry on up the rest of the way while he took my big luggage. I didn’t mind the stairs because since I wasn’t home and working out like I do most days, it was a good exercise. BUT, be warned that this isn’t the place for you if you have mobility issues and aren’t in the best of shape. As for the apartment itself, it is very nice. It is gated and there is a nice courtyard leading to the building. It is nicely decorated, clean, great Wi-Fi service, a charming kitchen with all the kitchen tools you will need, a good sized bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The bed does sit low so again if you have issues with mobility it may be difficult. The neighborhood itself is so charming. About a 5 minute walk to the Savignyplatz train stop, it is surrounded by great restaurants and shops. On Kurfürstendamm, there are great high end boutiques and more great restaurants which are also only a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. It is also quite close to central Berlin. The trains run very frequently. I really enjoyed my time there and when I come back to Berlin I will hope to stay at this apartment again.

Summary: We were very comfortable here. Easy access to transport. Easy walk to shops/bars/restaurants and laundrette. Must be able to manage stairs but no problem for us. Kitchen with everything you need to cook at home if you want. High quality furnishings and appliances.
