Positive: modern look. Good beds and pillows. Location was nice. pool and gym was nice plus. Would come back if needed place in the area.
Negative: Room could have been cleaner. Full ashtrey in the yard. lots of dust in the rooms. Vacuum cleaner smelld like cigarettes. No parking place for anohter car. Everything has extra charge.

Positive: The bedroom was smelly. We always left the window open but never went away. We did not say anything because probably they couldn't do anything. We asked for lights that were not working and a fire on the stove that couldn't switch on a couple of times but we never saw anyone coming. We just realized after a few days that the lights were all working again. Did they enter without telling us anything?

Positive: Handy for international tennis tourney nearby. Clean and well kept.
Negative: You have to empty the bins quite far away and the heating turns off overnight. Tough when it was -7c outside.

Positive: They put nice vases and lamps to make the apartment cosy. Bedsheets (that you have to pay extra for) are clean and the overall apartment too. Camp is very quiet and there is a nice swimming and gym.
Negative: Already from the start I received so many emails asking to confirm the guests names, paying for deposits, subscribing on their website...emails with broken links and when asked, they never came back to me. They just sent automatic messages but nothing personal in return. Same at the reception: since we did 2 bookings for consecutive periods of time, we were just lucky we could do check-in/check-out at the same time. I asked a week in advance, they said guests of our new apartment would leave on a Friday and our checkout would be the next Saturday. They didn't even even take a second to call the cleaning company to make it possible. Furniture is ruined. Chairs loose small pieces of fake leather on the floor every time you sit on them. There are not enough shelves in the bathroom. Also the opening hours of the gym and swimming pool are quite annoying (9-17). These are all small details but there is so much potential that unfortunately it's not used as well as they could!
Summary: Nice stay but could use one more pinch of care
