Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at Topside Inn. The staff there are great and will try to make you feel at home. The rooms are really beautiful as well. My one issue that I encountered after my first stay there was billing. They said they have moved to a new billing system so I can understand growing pains and once I brought it to their attention, they fixed it quickly. I had planned to spend time there during the upcoming Labor Day but after no response to my email once I received an email I was being charged for my stay in a few weeks, I received a rude response back. Unfortunately, I don’t want to return to a place that treats any guest or person like that.

Summary: Lovely location, very nice main building, with bar and breakfast area. Breakfast was excellent. Buildings with rooms need outside maintenance, peeling paint and trim. Bed was much too soft for us, would be nice to have options. Room nice but small and could hear neighbors upstairs and next door. Overall, price too high for the package.

Summary: Absolutely amazing stay. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, Rebecca was amazing. We were enjoying it so much we extended our stay. We were there for Windjammer Days.

Summary: What a wonderful property and hospitality. Beautiful views, great drinks and food. A couple of minor issues, the refrigerator was leaking leaving the floor wet in front of it. The shower drain didn’t really drain and the toilet was clogged… but looking past all that we definitely want to come back for a longer stay. It’s so serene and beautiful there!

Summary: This hotel was a great joy. The room was clean and bright with windows and doors and balcony to look over flower beds and chickens to the harbor beyond. Drinks and snacks were readily available and delicious. The staff were warm and helpful, breakfast excellent, seating areas and open air feel relaxing and inviting. My only regret was that I had to go home!

Summary: Conveniently located up out of the business of downtown with great views of the bay, lots of outdoor seating, snacks and drinks included as well as breakfast. Plenty of tea and coffee and a friendly staff. A real gem!
