Positive: The room was lovely, clean and well equipped. Most importantly it was very peaceful. Just what we needed.
Negative: The bed was too hard for our liking but that’s the only negative I can find. Everything else was brilliant
Summary: Perfect location for what we needed. We will definitely be back and book some spa treatments.

Positive: The atmosphere is amazing. The hotel was almost empty the evenings. It's so peaceful so lovely. I would go back definitely!
Negative: The SPA facilities wasn't great to be honest, but the atmosphere is amazing in the hotel so I cannot complain much. If your aim is to have an amazing SPA experience I don't believe this is the place (although I don't have much experience on SPA in the UK). But if you need to slow down have a few days of silence and being away of everything with some spa experience, then this is the place!

Positive: Was quick to check in and they were flexible on the time, allowing us an early check in. Room was clean and comfortable, however very hot and no fan or air con to make it more comfortable, the walls quite thin and could hear people on neighbouring room. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Negative: Lack of air con / fan, rooms letting lot of light in and hot, noise from neighbouring room.
Summary: We only spent one night, overall it was pleasant

Positive: Very tranquil setting. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Negative: I booked a room with twin beds. On the information from the property that came after booking it said that a double bed would be the default unless twin beds were requested. I assumed that having booked twin bed option, that would be 'the request'. It turned out not to be so I am unsure why there was an option of double or twin on the booking. The breakfast is delivered at 9am with no option for any earlier. This was disappointing as we had to be out on both days ahead of 9am and the only other option was to have it delivered the night before but with fresh milk and fresh croissants in the basket this was not a viable option.
Summary: A comfortable and tranquil accommodation. Easy access and relaxing stay.
