Positive: We had a warm welcome, and the cottage had all the facilities we needed. Kelvin was on hand for anything we needed. It was very comfortable. Games room was a bonus. Scones and cream and jam were very nice, thank you.

Positive: Kelvin and Sue have put a lot of thought into making their guests welcome plus with the equipping of the house. A lot of extra little touches which bring a smile to your face. The house lives up to its name - Tor View - with an unimpeded and beautiful view across their large and lovely garden to the open moorland and tors. The location is excellent for easily accessing both east and west dartmoor as well as the obvious northern side.
Negative: Proximity to the A30 although this iscompletely hidden by the trees and hedges, and the double glazing is very effective against the noise.
Summary: Had a very comfortable stay and will condiser booking again if returning to this part of the country
