Summary: The only thing I can say I wasn't pleased with, was the fact that for the first two days there was no television service and not much alternative was given by the hotel. Also, I was there with my 94-year-old grandmother and the hotel didn't seem to have handicap accessibility in the room bathroom. Other than that everything was great.

Summary: Reception was warm. Room was great. Bathrooms were nice and shower was amazing. Room service was on point. Free shuttle to airport on demand. I'd stay again.

Summary: the hot water takes a long time to heat up and I think that having the faucet open for 5 minutes or more waiting for hot water is a lot of waste of water

Summary: I stayed a total of 5 nights in this hotel. Good location, quiet and safe. Staff was excellent but only one spoke some English. The bad was. NO HOT WATER. The entire hotel has hot water issues. Changing from scalding hot to pure cold because the installer of the heaters did not correlate the pressures and flow.
