Positive: Decent wooden cottage, clean, comfortable. Quiet surroundings. Well-furnished shop at the reception, even serving warm food.
Negative: If you come with a vehicle nothing to complain about. But by foot, nearest public transport stop is 3 km, and the beach is 1500 meters. Also, reception does not offer luggage storage for the day, other than storing the luggage completely unsupervised in the communal building opposite the reception, at your own risk.
Summary: Nice stopover on the way to the Hirtshals ferry, but not ideal if coming by foot.

Positive: The property was clean and tidy. It was convenient to have the grocery store on site. The cabin warmed up quickly with the electric heater.
Negative: There was an extra cost for the linens, use of the indoor pool, and the mini golf (which had several flooded holes). The wifi was barely functioning. The beds were small. The kitchenette did not have an oven. The sink water pressure was very low. You need to have a taxi (about 190 dkk one way from train/ferry dock) or your own vehicle to get there. The bus is infrequent and stops 10 minutes away.
Summary: I would not recommend this site for a backpacker without a tent. It is best for car campers.
