Summary: This house was great for our group of seven. Beds were comfortable and there’s plenty of closet space. Kitchen was well outfitted although one burner on the range did not work. The only things that could be improved are seating and the televisions. The only place all of us could sit together was a sectional sofa in the living room. The huge dining room had a small table with six chairs. No cable on the TVs. Small antennas to get live TV would be nice.

Summary: We needed a large home to accommodate ourselves and all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen the night before and the night of our wedding. This home was exactly what we needed. There was more than enough room for the 12 of us and only 15 minutes from the Eglinton Grand, our venue. I would highly recommend this property for large groups or families staying in the area. I was very happy with our experience, the property manager is easy to get a hold of and answered all messages almost instantaneously. The home is charming, but most importantly the house is clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Summary: Sean was great and there was lots of room but the house needs some work, windows don't open, screens don't fit, hard to find a working electric plug! cable would've been nice for those of us without laptops. and why the extra person fee x 3 people in a 6 bedroom house? there were 5 of us

Summary: Our group stayed at the house while on a two day sales course in Toronto. The property is located in a very well established residential area in North York and it worked well for our group.

Summary: Very smooth process renting this home! Sean was excellent to deal with. There were eight of us, so there was more than enough space for everyone. The interior of the home was a little more dated than anticipated, and the home could use some TLC, but overall, our stay was enjoyable. Loved the location from the airport & access to the highway & downtown. Worked great for our purposes in Toronto.

Summary: Beautiful neighborhood. Right around the corner from a grocery store and across the street from the track. We tookadvantage of morning jogs through the neighborhood and on the track. We loved it! It is a big house. The kids took the basement and the adults took the upstairs area. 2 full kitchens were great. Fun for all on the trampoline. Yes, I really enjoyed that trampoline! Nice backyard. After a long day out touring, we couldn't wait to get back to 'our' house! Two sets of washers and dryers. Great for us. You will love it.
