Positive: Nice little apartment with everything you need. The terrace and the view are perfect and making this accommodation really special. The host was very nice, responsive and took good care of us. It is good located between Palermo and Cefalu. You’ll need a car though. Parking is easy and confident. Next supermarket and restaurant options 10 minutes away. It’s calm even though the train tracks are running close to the house. In low season (end of April) the area with some close located holiday homes were almost empty, could imagine there is a bit more life (and neighbor noise) during high season.

Positive: My husband and I spent almost a month here, and we honestly couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay in Sicily. The apartment is comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is absolutely breathtaking — we loved having breakfast and dinner there, enjoying the stunning sea view. From the bed, you can watch the most beautiful sunrises we’ve ever seen. On the other side of the house, there’s an outdoor shower, which we used with great pleasure! The garden has rosemary, bay leaves, lemons, and prickly pears growing — and there’s even a barbecue area. The wide, clean beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The territory is gated and very well maintained, with plenty of secure parking space. Our host, Francesco, was wonderful — kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. He made sure we had everything we needed, recommended the best places to visit, and even helped us rent a boat. By the end of our stay, he felt more like a friend than just a host. He truly spoiled us! The apartment itself is beautifully designed, clean, and peaceful, with a quiet air conditioner and all the little touches that make you feel at home. A small tip: before arriving, check the exact location on Google Maps, as it’s in a private, gated area and some guests mentioned having trouble finding it. In reality, it’s very easy to reach, and access through the gate is remote-controlled. We’ll definitely be coming back — this place stole our hearts! ❤️

Positive: I spent a long time searching on Booking.com for the perfect place for our vacation, and I believe we made the best choice. No words or photos can truly capture the beauty of this place, the scents that surround you from every direction, or the peace that comes from the gently rippling sea at any time of the day. The entire terrace and garden, with lemon trees and a hammock, is the perfect place to quiet your mind and simply relax. If you have a rental car, this location is the perfect base for exploring the whole island. We managed to visit the north, west, and south of the island, thanks to the excellent road connections from here. We’re saving the eastern part for our next visit. Francesco gave us many invaluable tips about both the popular tourist spots and, more importantly, the less touristy places unknown to the crowds. The apartment itself is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and truly radiates the great atmosphere and good taste of the owner. Vibrations are very good. It is equipped with everything you might need – everything is fresh and new, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is well stocked. It was perfect for our family with 2 kids. The entire building complex is also very pleasant, and the walk to the beautiful beach takes you through charming little alleys. Everything is clean and well-kept, which is not always the case across the whole island. There is a free, spacious parking area with a gate operated by remote control – we never had any problems finding a spot, there was always plenty of space. Special mention must go to the owner, Francesco. Communication with him is excellent – he is very helpful, easy-going, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about making his guests feel truly special. And he succeeds. I wholeheartedly recommend this place – it’s worth becoming part of its story and taking a piece of it with you in your memories.
