Positive: Good location to explore Punta del Este and having a car bay provided was an advantage. Concierges of the complex were very helpful, despite language barriers. Front lounge bathed in light (and sunshine on our stay) of a morning. Host could not have been more hospitable and timely in providing information with regard access as well as Uruguayan attractions. Always responded with helpful information.

Negative: Unfortunately I think the apartment had been closed for the winter months and so had a smell of mould. We kept all the windows and doors open to obtain fresh air. Bath towels were flimsy and stained - we ended up purchasing new ones. Some maintenance (hooks, doorframes) and fresh coat of paint required. We would have liked a few condiments and necessities such as salt/pepper, dishwasher and washing machine detergent etc. rather than having to bring in all such supplies.

Summary: Good location, great informative host.

Positive: Everything was perfect! And the owner was very well organized and made our stay very pleasant! The apartment is perfect for a small family/group of 4/5 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room spacious with amazing views of the ocean. The balcony has a parrillero. 2 spacious bathroom and the building has a pool, sauna, game room etc. I highly recommend it!!
