Positive: Location brilliant for our weeks plans. It was fine for 2 people but would be cramped for 4 people.
Negative: It was in need of a little attention in places, such as paintwork and some crockery was chipped and cracked. windows and frames in need of a good spring clean.
Summary: An enjoyable peaceful break, ideal for our needs.

Positive: The property sits in a lovely location and is beautiful conversion.
Negative: The property was a little dirty and needed a deep clean, cobwebs in every room, cooker was really dirty and floors not cleaned in every room. The decor (every room pained white) of the property does not lend itself to frequent footfall or visitor as white shows up every scuff and mark, and each room suffered from both. Bathroom shower had a broken light and was also very dirty.

Positive: Great accommodation with everything we needed incl outdoor space and parking. Very clean, well furnished and equipped and we appreciated the welcome bottle of bubbly. Well situated in a very quiet location, but easy to drive to Kingsbridge and my fave cafes / shops incl Weaver Green and Beach house at S Milton, overlooking the beach. All in all, a great stay!

Positive: Great location close to some very nice walks. The owners were lovely and gave us some top tips on places to eat and drink when we arrived. The time we spent at the barn was very relaxed and comfortable too. Finally the total lack of light pollution was wonderful.
Negative: The only comment I'd make is that some of the tableware looked tired (cracks and chips in plates, bowls, etc) but there was plenty of everything so wasn't a problem for our group of 3). Apart from that everything else in the kitchen was fine.
