Positive: The location is great. The Garden is very well taken care of. The house looks renovated. The breakfast was good, but not so much choice for vegans. Not so many B&B have fruits for breakfast, but this one had. We got information about recommended restaurants and sights.
Negative: We were told that swisch was preferred and we felt uncomfortable to pay by a method preferred by us, credit card. The ceiling is low and my boyfriend hit his head several times. You get to some rooms through a staircase that has some plants/grass on it. I felt somewhat uncomfortable. We were told that check in is between 15 and 17, even though according to booking.com it was between 15 and 19. Somewhat it felt that the hosts were focused on rules too much. We were told to take off shoes (come on, we are adults), there is a short information paper that among other things says that guests are not allowed to bring their friends into the rooms (not that we were planning on doing it). Some B&B offer travellers to use the fridge, but we were not given this opportunity.

Positive: A delightful, top-end B&B in a beautiful farmhouse just outside Simrishamn, with a lovely garden and wide views across fields to the sea, with larks singing overhead. The breakfast spread was excellent, and we ate in the garden. There is also a cosy summer-house which we sat in in the cooler evening. We also hired bicycles from the helpful hosts, who gave us good advice on where to go.
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: A top-end B&B in a farmhouse with wide views across fields to the sea.

Positive: We had a spacious appartment on the first floor. A table and 2 chairs to sit outside on the balcony. Very quiet location. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull. Lovely prepared breakfast with a large varity of items. Highly recommended!

Positive: We were on a road trip in South Sweden and really enjoyed the experience in this B&B. It is a wonderful place with a big relaxing garden and you can even see the sea in the background. Beautiful and authentic room! Very clean bathroom! The hosts are so friendly and helpful. They also provided a list of recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants nearby. An additional highlight was the exceptional breakfast with the best sourdough bread I ever had! The host baked the bread himself! Every detail in this B&B reflects so much care and love. Positive: Wonderful garden with views and lots of beautiful seating, such as lounge chairs or Adirondack chairs. Very well maintained with lovely, breakfast and many fruits and vegetables from their own garden. Close proximity to idyllic villages, restaurants with live music performances, and beautiful sand beaches. Large, beautifully designed room. Beautiful & romantic inner courtyard.
Negative: The peacefulness of the wonderful garden is frequently disturbed by passing car noise of the close-by small secondary road. The bathroom was a little bit of a challenge due to its small size. WiFi signal was often weak, and few plug-ins in the room.

Positive: This lovely hotel was one of our favorite stays on our Sweden tour. The house and huge garden (view of the Baltic Sea) are beautiful and very well taken care of. The hotel is perfectly equipped (even with boule sets and pitch) located near Simrishamn, perfect to explore the area. Nice spacious room and very good breakfast as well!
