Positive: The location is AMAZING! Everyone in this area is so nice. I took walks to the inlet and along the beach. And the view from the balcony is relaxing. You are literally STEPS from the beach/water. There is a small market that you can walk to if you need anything quickly and don't want to drive to the grocery story. Parking pass was located inside the unit so that was easy. Check in and door codes, etc. was the easiest experience I've ever had checking into a rental. Toilet paper, towels, linens, shampoo/conditioner, soap, dish soap, paper towels was all provided. There are ceiling fans in EVERY room... yes, every room. Even the bathroom!
Negative: It's a condo, so you share walls with others. While it was SUPER QUIET, the ventilation isn't that great. Someone in one of the units is a smoker so I could smell cigarettes and it bothered me, but I'm unique that way. That was my ONLY complaint.
Summary: Great relaxing weekend getaway that I would love to do again!

Negative: I washed the floor of the apartment. It was filthy. Our feet were black within minutes. Balcony furniture is broken. Need more bowls and kitchen utensils. Beds were not made and had to request correct fitting bedding for one bed. Due to erosion there is no beach outside the property only at low tide.

Negative: I liked just about everything. The only inconvenience was that there wasn't a baking sheet, but not a big deal.
