Summary: Tim met us at the door and very graciously showed us around the apartment. It was perfect set up for the six of us.....spacious bedrooms and large living area. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.

Summary: We had a nice stay overall, the apartment is spacious and light, in a great location. Our eldest daughter was happy to be independent in a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom. The flat is nicely furnished and had everything we needed to be comfortable except for proper ventilation and privacy. It’s in an old building and the old wooden floors, doors and cupboards are all creaking and tired, making lots of noise. We couldn’t leave the windows open at night because of the boulevard traffic noise and safety as the flat is on the 1st floor (luckily though, because the building lift has not been working). The 2 bedrooms at the back side of the flat has windows you can leave open for some fresh air but then you listen to the neighbors and tolerate lights constantly turning on and off from downstairs. So in summer, the flat would really need a good fan in every bedroom. We loved being in the 7th district, and walking to the boulangerie with the view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance.

Summary: Wonderful location and clean. Only problem was there are no fans and it was VERY hot. The front bedrooms are very loud when the windows are open. So the kids did not sleep well.
