Positive: This was our 2nd time staying at Karina Complex. Karina is one of our favorite places to relax. It honestly feels like you are staying with family without the hassles. The food is wonderful and very affordable. The entire staff are extremely friendly, very helpful and do all to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We will be going back in the near future and wouldn't even consider staying with any other hotel))

Negative: We loved everything.

Negative: As a frequent traveler and Booking.com user, I rely on reviews and leave my own. I booked this hotel for my elderly parents based on its positive reviews, nice view, and delicious breakfast. Concerned about the hot weather in Ukraine, I contacted the hotel to ensure fans would be available if needed. Despite not receiving a reply to my message, I spoke with Gabriella, who confirmed that the hotel had power cuts but each room had fans. I originally booked a cottage room, including breakfast. Gabriella suggested a room in the main building, which my parents chose for comfort. However, she didn't mention that breakfast was not included or the six-hour power outage. My parents still found the room cooler despite the lack of electricity for the entire day and night. I understand that power cuts aren't the hotel's fault, especially during wartime, but honesty and good service are essential. It was disappointing to receive a curt response: "The power cuts aren't our responsibility, and the room your guests chose doesn't include breakfast." Clear communication and genuine care would have made a difference, especially when the hotel is aware of the recurring problems and the fact that they can’t deliver the offered services.

Positive: Liked everything. Stayed here second time already and will stay again next time. Staff is super friendly, especially the Host Gabriella and Vika the receptionist. Food is super tasty, one of the best restaurants in Polyana!

Negative: I guess that sooner or later they will decide to make a renovation of the houses - furniture, bath tubes, etc. And I would be totally ok with them raising the price because of this in future. I value comfort and I'm sure they will do everything to make their tourists feel comfortable. For the Host: please add anti-moskito net on windows and balkony doors next summer please :-)
