Positive: Spacious apartment in Massy, clean and comfy, perfect for two people. The railway station is about 15 min. walk, but to get there can also use bus line 119 - there is a bus station nearby. The center of Paris is about 40 - 45 minutes away by train (line B).
Negative: No amenities like shower gel or shampoo. The only thing that we found in the bathroom was a very old bottle of shower gel, almost empty. The furniture is a bit old.

Positive: The apartment was great , 8 minutes from the train station. Trains every few minutes. Clean and secure place. Nice owner and very helpful.
Negative: Could do with one more stool in the kitchen. I was there with my family of 4 and only 3 stools available. We could not have comfortable breakfast together. Sofa in the living room not so comfortable.

Positive: The property is about 5 minutes walk to the station. It was perfectly clean! It has all the basic equipment you would need ( bed linen, towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cooking utensils…). There’s us a lift which was handy as traveling with a pram. It’s secure with digicodes. There are 2 little playgrounds 1 minute walk either side of it so my son loved it. There are blackout blinds meaning it stays dark in the night (or for nap time). The TV is smart and has all the main streaming apps. It’s good quality price ratio, I would definitely recommend for a family with small children.
Negative: The main issue I had was that the bath plug was missing, making it effectively just a shower. I needed a bath to wash my 2 year old son which is why I booked this place over another. When I contacted the host about this, he explained the plug was removed on purpose to prevent guests from using the bath and he wasn’t apologetic at all, quite the opposite which I thought was poor business manners. I ended using more water trying to wash my little one with the shower than I would with the usual shallow bath. A bit of a shame given how great the rest of the property was. The sofa is really uncomfortable. A mattress topper would be most welcome.
Summary: A great for kids if you don’t mind not having a bath.
