Positive: Positives - hosts live onsite so easy check in and you can come and go as you please, there's a mirocwave,fridge and kettle in the room and the double bed is comfortable

Negative: The bad - Poor quality of clean, all the obvious dust traps such as corner of ceilings behind bedside tables, curtain rails etc all haven't been cleaned some are in clear view so it is obvious that these are being ignored and this extends to the communal areas as well. The walls and floors are stained in places (their is a red stain on the wall in the roomI stayed in). The bedsheets had stains on including what looked like blood Car parking can be tight as their is only enough space for 4 cars and this is a hotel you have to drive to given its location. Lastly bad mobile signal and I certainly won't be returning.

Positive: Good location, though a little remote.

Negative: Tricky to find. Google offered me photos of next door property, which led to awkward check in situation. Little interaction with staff as there was nobody responding to my shouts for assistance. We had a couple of issues but nobody around to help. This is a busy household with nice people who have busy lives which means they aren't always on hand to help.

Summary: Good Value, but can do better.

Positive: En suite room with kettle and fridge was what I needed and what I got. Off road free parking. Comfy bed and nice pillows.

Negative: TV noise from downstairs woke me up one morning at about 6.50am. The shower was incredibly noisy, I thought it was broken at first!! I was wrong, it worked well.
