The house is 113m2 and includes a living room with wood stove on the ground floor with fitted kitchen opening onto a private courtyard with a 19 m² wooden terrace from where you will access a laundry area with a separate toilet.
1st floor: a very large bedroom with plenty of storage, 1 double bed 160x190, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. (90x190) and a large bedroom (1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90*190), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Lots of storage.
Equipment: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker (one filter, one pod), various small household appliances, baby equipment (bed, seat, park, etc.), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer - barbecue machine, wifi, garden furniture.
Free parking in the public car park just in front of the house. Shops on foot.
Household linen is provided (sheets, duvets, towels).
Gas heating and electricity are included for a daily rate of 8kwh.
Additional kWh will be charged at the current rate.
A supplement of 60€ will be requested for cleaning.
