Summary: We came to Albany for the Shane Gillis show at the mvp arena. The room was past expectations! Best room we have ever stayed in. The very best part was the woman at the desk, Casey, she was so AMAZING! She was the best part of the trip! She was sweet and friendly and so informative! Definitely can’t wait to stay again!

Summary: The reception staff was awesome, friendly, personable and they were smiling, so very unusual. Casey and the young man that checked us in were so very friendly.

Summary: The hotel is near where I have appointments. There are great restaurants nearby in the historic section of Albany. It's convenient and comfortable. I really appreciate the breakfast. Very easy and fast.

Summary: Easy to find staff friendly. Our room was freezing. We could feel heat coming out of room unit but cold air coming in through the window (it was 16 degrees out). The hotel was completely booked based on the number of cars and because of so many people I couldn’t get any where the breakfast they provided
