Summary: This was our first time staying in Hilliard. This hotel was great! It was very clean from the lobby, to our room, to the outside patio area. We spent some time outside around the fire pit until about 2 am. The surrounding area is very quiet. The breakfast was very yummy. Lots of options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. All and all we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again the next time we are coming to Columbus!

Summary: The lobby had a bit of an echo, but the front desk service was excellent! 2 staff were there when i checked in, Sarah & Dustin. Sarah was so nice and friendly, Dustin was training and was also friendly, they were also very nice to my daughter. Rooms were big and super clean, and modern. Full eize fridge was great! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: The proximity to all places I needed to be was super convenient, the ability to accept am important parcel for an important event and just the conversations prior to my stay to confirm and adjust details were qualities and actions that took the experience from exemplary to above and beyond. I'm more than appreciative and will stay again.

Summary: The hotel was clean,smell wonderful and very roomy and extra special because of the Bar, just wish the nar was open before 6pm especially since they serve breakfast Mimosa wouldve been great
