Negative: Booked a 2 bed queen with sleeper sofa and when we got to room there was no sleeper sofa. Front desk stated they do not have sleeper sofas in this hotel that I needed to contact booking. Com

Positive: Front desk clerk and manager were friendly and efficient. As well as a nice smile.
Negative: Water stayed cold for a long, long time although they did warn us at the front desk when we checked in.

Positive: The room was spacious and included a beautiful kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, large refrigerator, and dishwasher. The closet was clean and offered plenty of storage space, adding to the overall convenience. The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate and surrounded by plenty of stores, restaurants, and attractions, including Topgolf. There’s something for everyone in the area, making it a great choice for families. The location also feels safe and secure. It is also a brand-new hotel, adding to its appeal.
Negative: While the property itself is nice, there were a few issues that could use some attention. The shower took over 15 minutes to warm up and never really got hot, which was inconvenient. The room was advertised as having a pull-out couch, but unfortunately, it did not. Our room was located near one with two large dogs that barked frequently whenever someone walked by, which disrupted the quiet space we were hoping for. While alternative rooms were offered, they were near the elevator, which wasn’t ideal for us. The rooms got quite hot at night, making it difficult to stay comfortable. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed a bit flustered during checkout, and the manager appeared hesitant to address concerns. While I understand there are always adjustments to be made in a new hotel, improving customer service and communication could make a big difference. That said, I want to compliment the cleaning staff and breakfast team, who were very polite and friendly. Their professionalism and kindness stood out during our stay. I look forward to seeing improvements on future visits.
