Summary: Our room was noisy. There were kids running around in the hall and people outside our window chatting up a storm, as we were on the ground floor.

Summary: Excellent check in and courteous front desk staff. Very personable. The room was a bit smaller than expected and the hide a bed although brand new was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. When we got blankets out for the hide a bed there was a big wad of hair in the blanket, so sanitation was questionable. The pool area was not attended to very well and had wet towels and customer food plates all over the tables. Broken water ballons in the hot tub and guest with glass bottles in the pool. Seemed to be no supervision or control of that area. Went for breakfast at 9 am and there was no coffee, no eggs. Had alternate choices and waited 30 minutes and there was still no coffee or eggs. Young lady was working hard in that area but similar to the pool the tables were no cleared and was a very messy area. I know this is on the guest to put their plates and cups away but in the event they do not, it becomes the hosts responsibility to keep it cleared. We had booked for 2 nights but left after 1 due to all of the above.

Summary: They were very accommodating with us as we needed to leave early the next day and had to do an early check out. The staff were very kind and attentive. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend.
