Summary: Would stay here anytime. I liked all the amenities in the room. Every staff member we have encountered was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and waterslide during a quiet time. Breakfast was good but it was really busy and it took a bit of time to replenish what was missing.

Summary: It was really tough to have an enjoyable experience when there were people yelling because of a basketball tournament. I understand that these event will happen but more needs to be enforced for these events to avoid keeping guests awake beyond 10:00pm and waking us up at 1:30am AND 2:30am. We will not be staying at this hotel again. The moment we went into the room we saw the people in the hallway yelling and cursing. My husband went down to ask for another room only to be told they were sold out. We should have asked to just leave and not be charged. We have 2 kids and they need sleep just as much as we do especially when travelling long distances. They should be keeping guests that are not a part of the tournament away from the people who are in the tournament. I could see how pissed the other parents were the next morning at breakfast. They were just as annoyed as us. The hotel room was very clean and organized. No issues there. The pool was small. 1/2 was used for the water slide which seemed fun. There were lifeguards on duty. Front desk staff seemed nice.
