Summary: The front desk female took forever to taje care of us and ither guests she was having a very loud personal conversation with another employee and rushed us with the check in process ti just go back to the conversation, didn't give us information about the room, internet, nothing. No professionalism at all. There was dirty clothes inside the sofabed in our room when I called whoever answer was yeah ok and hanged up the phone and 15 minutes later the same young lady that checked us in, arrived cleaned the dirty clothes and changed the sheets.

Summary: Rooms arw in eed of repairs and refreshing. Kitchen not well stocked like last visit. Only 1 pan and 1 knife. Bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower floor badly stained. Breakfast food of poor quality
