Summary: My shower wouldn’t drain and I wanted to take a bubble bathe and there was alot of black hair when I turned it on . Didn’t shower

Summary: Did online check-in. The room wasn’t ready for 4 hours after that- an hour and a half after check in time. Room was supposed to be a queen double sofa bed. The sofa doesn’t appear to open. Bottom cushions sewn to frame. Clerk was slow and seemed either new or just not great. Didn’t tell us what time breakfast is, pool hours, nothing. Just gave the key. Very slow checkin as well.
