Summary: Loved the property, we were two families with one dog for five nights before Xmas for skiing at Park City. About a 15-20 minute drive to Park City ski Resort-due to traffic! The property is beautiful, the bathrooms and kitchen were well supplied--altho, I would add that they should provide at least one non-stick frying pan, and a large pot to cook pasta! I would have given them a five start rating if it hadn't been for the lack of heat. Two technicians had to come out before discovering that the two thermostats controlling the different levels of the home cannot be on at the same time! So either the lower bedroom and living areas were without heat, or the upper bedrooms had to be without heat! And in Utah in late December, temperatures were below zero on some nights. Management tried to accommodate with space heaters, which then blew a fuse each time. Property management were very sympathetic, and for the nights when lower unit did not have heat, they did compensate for our suffering.

Summary: This place was nice, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay overall. However, since the home allows pets, we found lots of pet hair…including all over the sofas at check in. Vacasa is very responsive so there was a bit of miscommunication with a cleaner coming in to tidy up. Those blue sofas are just hair magnets.

Summary: The property was clean and tidy, well represented in the pictures. It had everything that we needed for meal preparation as well as plenty of toiletries. It was spacious enough for a large family or 2 smaller families although it was only two of us with our 2 dogs. The location made for an easy ride into Park City, with Salt Lake City only 40 minutes away. We had no problem finding hiking, golf, disc golf, pickle ball, biking, etc, all nearby. It was super dog friendly with a nice front lawn, sidewalks and walking trails connecting all of the condo properties, complete with dog waste bags and trash cans along the way. Few fun hiking and biking trails down Jordanelle Parkway with a great view of Lake Jordanelle. Many nice neighbors and families around the area who were were very welcoming. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us- it made our “Utah in the Fall” adventure amazing!

Summary: Excellent choice. We enjoyed our stay. 4 stars for cleanliness because we came across a lot of hair (long obviously from people and short probably from animals). Under couches you can see dust and one used kleenex was there too. A big townhouse complex without some convenience store at walking distance was a surprise (4 stars for location). Beds are all good, pillows are big and hard (maybe some people like it that way). House is well equipped, pretty new. The only thing that we noticed missing was a ladle for serving a soup :-). Short drive to PC, no problem.
