Summary: Good base location for our ventures to Craters of the Moon National park and Mesa Falls as well as local Idaho Falls attractions. House was as advertised. Great communication from April. Very quiet neighborhood with just a few evening ATV and mini bikes and some bikes in general along the canal path out just past the back yard - but only a couple and was NOT bothersome at all! Would recommend!

Summary: I highly recommend this property to rent when staying in Idaho Falls. April is one of the most caring hosts I have rented from. Due to allergies she had to remove feathers from the lodging and she wrote with questions and concerns before our stay to ensure my health was protected. The property was excellent—clean, comfy, with every amenity you could want. There were even extra touches I had not seen before. We were a family of 3 and the beds were comfy, air conditioning was great in 95+ degree weather, and we easily cooked and ate each day. The tv offered many options . It was on the outskirts of town yet everywhere we wanted to go was no more than a 12 minute drive. Coming back to the quiet home was just what we needed after a busy day in Twin Falls. April is a fantastic host so don’t hesitate—-rent today!
