Welcome to the "Sylvan Sunrise Escape," a delightful end unit townhouse situated a mere 6-minute drive from Sylvan Lake's beach. Perfectly designed to provide a cozy and comfortable stay, our home offers an unrivalled combination of warmth and modern amenities.
Our 3-bedroom townhouse comfortably accommodates 6 guests with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and two twin beds. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for a good night's sleep. There is also air conditioning in the upstairs master bedroom for extra comfort during the summer months.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware - everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Gather around the dining table that seats six for a family meal or enjoy a morning cup of coffee while soaking in the sunrise.
The living area boasts a 43" HD TV complete with Amazon Prime, or log into your own streaming accounts. If you're in the mood for some old-school fun, we've got a game console (Xbox 360) and a selection of board games that will keep you entertained for hours.
Step outside to the large fenced front yard or the cozy backyard complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area - the perfect spot for summer barbecues or to just unwind after a day of exploring.
Stay connected throughout your stay with our 1 Gbps wireless internet. We also offer a dedicated workspace with a 27" monitor if you need to catch up on work. Our townhouse features smart locks for a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer (available upon request, otherwise downstairs will be locked), a hair dryer, extra pillows and blankets, and a carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm, and fire extinguisher for your safety.
Please note that our property is a no-pet, no-party, and no-smoking zone. Our check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. The basement is unfinished an will be locked unless guests request access to the laundry facilities. There is a window AC unit in the master bedroom that is removed in the fall and installed in the spring, dependant on weather.

Summary: The check-in was easy. The place is very clean and quiet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful stainless steal all appliances that are clean and in working conition. We found everything we needed, even coffee, filters and salt & pepper and a few spices. We would definately recommend this place for your next stay in Sylvan Lake.

Summary: We just finished our 5 nights’ stay at this property, and were so impressed with the cleanliness and quietness of the home. It had all the amenities we could’ve needed for our time in Sylvan, and was close to the locations we frequented (the rink for our daughter’s hockey camp, grocery stores/restaurants, the lake/beach.) Craig was very quick to respond with any questions we had or information we needed. The only thing that would make this property even better than it already is would be to have air conditioning throughout the entire home (we were there during a heat wave and it got quite hot in the bedrooms our children slept in and living/kitchen areas.) The master bedroom AC was wonderful, though! Would definitely consider returning in the future.

Summary: Stayed for a long March break weekend with family and 4 children. The house was impeccably well kept with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and top of the line new amenities. Craig was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Didn’t even see a neighbour while we were there. I would highly recommend.
