Summary: I got upgraded to the big suite, way more than i need for one night businesses trip but happy for treat after many years of travel. Very pleasant staff.

Summary: Although we arrived at 7pm our room was not available due to no a/c. We were then being moved to one room but this was then changed. Frustrating after 16 hours of travel. The views are great and the food also is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The room we had was a superior ocean view. It had recently been refurbished but lacked storage for clothing. One small open wardrobe with one drawer was all that was available. Travelling on business with suits and shirts etc and my wife’s dresses this was inadequate. The internet was also poor for working. As a holiday destination I guess this would not matter. Long walk to the beach and all uphill back so would benefit from a shuttle service which we were told is being considered.
