Summary: I have to be fair in my evaluation. As far as the stay goes, it was wonderful and perfect! The hotel has a great structure and it is what is announced. However,I had two bad experiences with logistics that could have been simply solved by having a whatsaap number and a direct phone number to the hotel! My flight arrived after midnight and on the very same day of checkin, I get an automatic message saying that check in after midnight was not allowed for the sake of safety. They didn’t respond my messages on app on time, I didn’t know if I would be able to sleep at the hotel. I was in Costa Rica and needed to call Expedia and had to wait 20 minutes until the attendant got in touch with the hotel reception but I was being charged for international call to solve this since my phone number is Brazilian. When I arrived the girl at reception had no ideia I was coming. I was also expecting a package from my company in China. Customs required FedEx to include the phone number from the place receiving the package, and again the hotel does not dispose a direct number to reception, which is basic! If knew, I would have chosen another hotel to avoid all the headaches I had with this delivery. The lack of a phone number didnt allow me to solve simple things!

Summary: Only nice things were the people and pool. Rooms were not as advertised. Practically falling apart. We moved rooms, still just as bad.

Summary: This was such a beautiful place to stay at and within walking distance to the beach. The ambience of the entire property was amazing little courtyard areas that had gardens with lights felt like you were in your own little apartment. Will definitely come back again with the rest of my family.

Summary: Front desk workers were super nice. Had to ask for towels twice and toilet paper. Never got wash rags the second time. I had to keep getting my key card programmed
