Summary: Very easy to book, property manager was easy to get questions answered. The neighborhood didn't seem like the best, but we had no issues, and it was close to trails. Everything looked like the pictures.

Summary: House was just as listed. Plenty of space inside and outside. Lots of room for parking trucks/trailers. Great communication with host, he called a fees days before our trip and explained the best route and everything else we needed to know!

Summary: This property was 1 minute from a friends house. Exactly as stated . Contacted jim 7 days prior and said our group up to 11. He contacted me in minutes. Got down there. Then had 2 that couldn’t make it so back down to 9. No issues at all with anything House has everything as stated. Amply parking everything worked clean Very clean. Highly recommend 5⭐️

Summary: Place was nicely laid out, clean and very comfortable. Great location for accessing the trails and centrally located in the triangle of three towns, so plenty of restaurant options locally.

Summary: Would definitely stay here again. House was very spacious and loved the large dining table and open floor plan into livingroom. Plenty of beds and house had everything you needed for your stay… just bring your food! Host was very responsive to any questions and provided me with all of the check in information quickly. Great spot to access trails
