Positive: Beautiful views and location, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the rustic vibe was lovely. What stood out for us was how attentive and helpful the staff was, verry communicative. Fantastic experience!
Negative: Some areas of the premises were still under renovation, but this did not disturb our stay at all.

Positive: Not the cheapest option around, so it comes down to the value you get. Location is great, set on a slope surrounded by dense forest (including giant fruit bats) and the iconic railway on top. You are warmly welcomed in fluent English. The rooms are well decorated and have a perfect (hot) shower. The menu is very good and affordable. The resort has 2 safari jeeps, opening several extra service options that look to be pretty unique, like drives up to Ella Rock or Lipton´'s seat. So, depending on what you look for, this might just be the perfect option in the wide area.

Positive: The accommodation was situated in a peaceful area, approximately a 30-minute drive from Ella, making it an ideal spot for exploring the region and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. The food was amazing (both breakfast and dinner), with a nice variety offered throughout the stay. The owner was friendly and helpful, and able to assist with organising tours and activities, including cooking classes. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend!

Positive: Really nice place! We had a great stay here. I especially want to mention the natural pool experience—it was amazing. The train view was lovely too, and the fact that there were no trains passing at midnight made it a very peaceful and cool place. Highly recommend.
