Positive: Incredible location. The balcony view is awesome some a beer after a day of Biking. Other than that, the room is spacious and well equipped, we had a wonderful stay. The staff is really helpful as well as they helped us a lot (free bike rental, advices on where to go, even gave us some medication when one of us got sick). Finally the food there was amazing. If you want a nice little retreat lost in the surroundings on Trang an, this is the place.

Positive: The best thing about this gorgeous property is the location, situated right amongst the breathtaking limestone karsts. Exploring the surroundings by bike and on foot was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Vietnam. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Positive: Absolutely wonderful. Could not have imagined a better place to spend the first days of the Tet holiday. Wonderful homestay run by a lovely family in a stunningly beautiful, serene location surrounded by lakes and karst formations. The rooms are basic but immaculate and comfortable and the meals, including the included breakfast and optional dinners were all excellent. Bicycles and rental scooters are available on site and I had a great time exploring using both modes of transportation. I am so happy that I read the reviews and chose this homestay instead of staying in Ninh Binh or Tam Coc. Highly recommended.

Negative: No complaints. Be aware that, as befits its location, the roads immediately around the homestay are unpaved and unlit and require some practice to navigate safely on a bike or scooter especially if you return after dark. This is a place for independent travelers who want a peaceful spot to experience the real Vietnam. The tourist hubs are not far or difficult to access but you have to make the effort.
