Step outside to our backyard, which backs up to Little Cottonwood Creek. Here, you'll find a great outdoor space with plenty of games to enjoy. Whether you're looking to relax after a day on the slopes or spend quality time with family and friends, our backyard is the perfect spot.
We have ensured that our condo is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need during your stay. From cooking supplies and a BBQ grill to a hairdryer and more, we've got you covered.

Summary: The unit was a very large walkout basement of a home in Sandy, UT. It was very clean and well furnished with plenty of room. When booking I did not initially realize the unit was part of a home occupied by the host. There was some noise in the early morning and evenings through the ceilings but over all it was a very nice unit and a good deal. It was very convenient to the Brighton and Snowbird ski areas.

Summary: Perfect place for a ski getaway. Convieniently located to big and little cottonwood canyons, this fully loaaded and completly remodeled place was awesome. Big bedrooms and spacious kitchen and bathrooms will accomodate your family. Host was great also!

Summary: Spent a wonderful weekend close to my 4 favorite ski resorts as the rental is nestled between both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. A ton of space to spread out with an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Place was spotless and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. We'll definitely be back!!

Summary: Great location close to canyon’s for skiing. Living space is the basement of a larger house upstairs which the manager resides with his family. Some noise upstairs in the evening. Kids hitting the floor and tv sound system. Rental space is simple and clean. Great showers and tub. Nice kitchen for all your cooking needs.

Summary: This house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and has everything you need to cook with etc. The host was very amazing and very nice. If I ever needed to ask a question he was there to give me a response. I would recommend this place to anyone that would like to come visit Salt Lake City, Utah. I will be back again to do some skiing whenever it snows.

Summary: The home was wonderfully remodeled and updated with new finishes and appliances, very nicely done. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the neighborhood and enjoyed the nice summer evening playing soccer in the nicely maintained yard. Great stay, would recommend.
