Summary: Overall we had a good stay. The property is out in a somewhat secluded area. It does take some time to get to the beaches. The listing says up to 6 guests, however there are 2 bedrooms that only sleep 2 each (1 bed in each room this is shown in the property photos.) The living room and eat in kitchen are an open floor plan so if people are sleeping in the living room any activity in the kitchen/dining area will disturb them. That being said, there is a dual recliner power sofa that is very comfortable to sleep in. The other couch is also comfortable enough to sleep on. Our biggest issue was that the wifi was essentially unusable. Our cell phone service was extremely spotty at the property (Verizon and T-Mobile). For the most part we were left without wifi (and thus communication). We were able to contact the host, they came out but only reconnected the tv to the router which did not fix the problem. The service wasn't stable enough to watch a show or for my student to submit their college class paper. Unless this issue is addressed this property is unlikely to work for someone working remotely. The property was clean. The patio area is nice and once the gas tank was changed the grill worked well. I don't know if I would stay there again if my focus was on the beach but I might if my focus was on seclusion.

Summary: Would we stay here again: Absolutely. Pros: -Cost effective. -Middle place for visiting Navarre Beach, Pensacola, and Fort Walton. -Perfect for relaxing! -Wildlife in the backyard. We visited with "Donny" the local box turtle 3 or 4 times during our stay watching him enjoy the sun and green in the backyard. I am fairly certain we heard a bobcat "scream" and go crashing through the backyard as well. And we were able to see an armadillo in the backyard as well. -Plenty of space for our family of four. -Full Washer and Dryer. -Backdoor access once you have the key. -Large bathrooms. -Host is extremely responsive to VRBO messages. She provided her personal cell phone for texting contact as well. She offered a couple of times to come on-site to look at the internet, and spoke with her service provider multiple times. -Vacuum and Broom/dustpan for easy cleanup. Cons: -No dressers. -No hangers. -Internet was down several times during our stay which is the only TV in the house. We just used the hotspot from my phone. This was a service provider issue. -Limited pots and pans for cooking.
