The centerpiece is the Green River it is the cleanest river in Vermont, flowing nearby, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and providing a soothing backdrop for any gathering. The natural outdoor setting allows guests to connect with nature, explore the surroundings, and immerse themselves in the peaceful ambiance.
The retreat space boasts 14 ensuite bedrooms, offering comfortable and private accommodations for everyone. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful and rejuvenating atmosphere. Summary: Our Thanksgiving family vacation at this property was simply perfect. From the first moment we booked, Brenda thoughtfully answered questions, provided recommendations, sent along a detailed property guide, and even texted us to let us know we could get into the property 3 hours early (this was so helpful for the 7 babies with us who all were desperately in need of naps after a long travel day). The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, easy to use, and had any amenity or tool you might need. The bathrooms were the same, filled with fresh towels, shower supplies, and incredibly clean. The property is expansive - the kids loved exploring it, swinging in the beautiful swings by the gazebo, and playing in the gorgeous greenery - we even had some snow! I am so grateful to Brenda for the trip of a lifetime - we will most certainly be back. I highly recommend this for large groups, everyone had their own private space, but there is plenty of shared space for people to hang and celebrate together.

Summary: Our team stayed at Brenda's gorgeous property for a work retreat and had a fantastic experience! The inn is charming and beautifully appointed, and the massive back yard is amazing (and had several people wishing they'd brought more outdoor games). We were a large group, but we felt very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. We also did a lot of cooking during our time there (including engaging one of the private chefs that Brenda works with to teach a baking class), and the big kitchen was great for that. We would definitely recommend the place!

Summary: This was a beautiful property - much larger than the pictures would make it seem. The backyard was great, with an awesome creek to dip our feet in. It's in a rather remote area which was nice and peaceful, but an easy drive to Manchester. Loved it!

Summary: This was a truly amazing setting for our very large gathering... The property is beautiful & secluded, and the nearby river (to our delighted surprise) somehow became the centerpiece of most of our activity during our stay. It's a special place. All bedrooms were well-kept and located away from common areas, meaning any of our guests could catch a break or sleep in peace whenever they wanted to. Each with an ensuite, comfortable beds. The kitchen & dining area were well-equipped and provided ample space for us to prepare & enjoy meals together. We had a number of things we needed to address with the owner, Brenda, prior to our arrival (I'd say we were even a bit "needy"), and she was always very welcoming & accommodating to all of our inquiries. During our stay she made sure to check in on us and was very pleasant to talk to. All-in-all, I am very happy to have made this the venue for our special occasion... Would wholeheartedly recommend!
