Positive: 15-20 minute walk to town in Queenstown, dedicated parking spot under the apartment and safe, smart tv with provided Netflix, washing machine/dryer.
Negative: Wifi does not work, the blinds need to facing upwards for further privacy otherwise people can see you from outside the apartment so needs to be replaced with curtains or a roller blind for privacy and less light leakage into the room.
Summary: Fantastic apartment, fantastic location and dedicated parking spot

Positive: Overall pretty good has a nice bathroom the only downsides were the curtains couldn’t be shut all the way and the duvet was quite old and stained. The wifi connection was really poor and when I enquired about it they told me to call IT myself which I don’t want to be doing on my holiday

Positive: Nicely arranged and comfy. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus.
Negative: No human presence, other customers passing right in front of our window. A bit faraway from centre but well located to access airfield.

Positive: Very comfortable, well-decorated and very clean room.. Adjoining bathroom had heated floor and night light. Good quality toiletries. TV had Netflix. Tiny kitchenette in the corner with kettle, microwave, and fridge. It is good to prepare breakfast but it is not possible to cook a meal. A few snacks kindly left, along with fresh coffee, etc and soap powder for washing machine (in the hallway with dryer). Good location, on main road to airport and with bus stop two minutes away. A 20-minute easy walk into town centre. More difficult back as up hill!
Negative: All contact with staff via Internet, although the check-in system very slick and they respond quickly to any query. I would have felt safer with a chain or bolt on the door. It would have been nice to have had an easy chair. At circa £150 a night, it was the most expensive place I stayed in New Zealand. In Wellington, I was able to rent a one-bedroom flat, with a separate sitting room in the City centre for £90. But Queenstown on the whole was an expensive place. The hot tub setup is not inviting.
