Summary: I was not aware a guest was also staying on the property. I did not recall that in the listing.He was quiet enough and polite, but we were not expecting to share the property.( guest was staying in a smaller swelling near the rear dock)The yard is a bit underkept, but this could be from the past hurricanes. The rear dock had some decent fishing and the two kyaks and gear worked out great. We spent most of the time out on the dock and kayaking.A lot of typed notices around the home with rules to follow. This is a downer for some folks who want to get away from things for a while and relax.Quiet location..a great waterway out back.I dont think I would stay here again. But it is not terrible. Just dont expect to fancy of a place.

Summary: We stayed here for a bit over a month before moving out of the area. It’s a nice and clean place in a quiet neighborhood. The yard could use a little cleaning up but the view over the river is beautiful.

Summary: Our stay was OK - the pictures of the property were much nicer than the actual property!! We had issues with the A/C window units - they were so dirty and full of mold and who knows what else that we could not use them. I reported this to the property management - hopefully they’ll take care of this before renting it out again. I would not to stay here again.

Summary: My son and I take an annual fishing vacation. This property had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and attentive without being obtrusive. It is clean, very nicely decorated, and comfortable beds and furniture. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, waterfront vacation. We will be back!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. I would have like there to have been more coffee and it was frustrating to pull up and not have check in information when promised. But after the call and getting it done we had a great evening. My son enjoyed the swing while the rest of us enjoyed the fire pit. We took pictures at the dock and my mom was really excited about the canoes. It was too cold for them, but she said “Next time…”
