Summary: The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because this is not 4 people studio. It is great for a couple, but we went with our daughters and it was really crowded! Specially with the rain (it rained the whole time). Also, the parking is not ideal. I would love to come back, but rent the upstairs units (could not find it anywhere in this site...). Overall, the amenities were really nice, new, clean and comfortable - I would recommend it for a weekend getaway for a couple.

Summary: We had a great time at this studio near lake Texoma. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, and we were there over 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the locust and watching the lightning bugs. The studio was clean and very functional. Great getaway!
