Welcome to Tranquil Tide Villa #1, a relaxing, tropical river view paradise! This end unit has beautiful views of the Manatee River and is situated steps from Mineral Springs Park and the 3 mile long Bradenton Riverwalk. You have quick access to fishing, dining, shopping, beaches, gardens, and historical sites. This tranquil villa decorated in turquoise like the sea is a newly updated one bedroom, one bath retreat with a walk in tiled shower, full kitchen and stocked coffee/tea bar. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The front patio has stunning views of the mile wide Manatee River. The back patio has a fabulous garden view complete with a century old Live Oak Tree with babbling waterfall underneath. Head out back to walk the gardens, sit by the waterfall, nap on the hammock, or take a dip in the heated pool. While sitting out back, you can read a book, listen to the birds, watch the abundant butterflies, lizards and dragonflies or play cards/boardgames. If you bring your well behaved pup along, Fido will definitely enjoy the fenced in dog area in the back yard - complete with toys and lots of grass for him to roll around on! While outside, you may detect the faint smell of oranges in the air (we're close to Tropicana)! You will enjoy walking through Mineral Springs Park complete with a spring, boardwalk, fishing pier, big trees and observation tower. You can see manatees, dolphins, sting rays, sharks, pufferfish, crabs and much more! The fishing is awesome here and you have your own grill to bbq whatever you catch. If you'd rather dip your toes in the sand, head over to Anna Maria Islands beaches. It's a quick 15 minute drive from the villa. You will love the sugary sand, turquoise waters and breathtaking sunsets. Another option is to eat and shop on Bradentons Main Street, right off the riverwalk. Or check out Bridge Street on Anna Maria Island which also has many shops and old Florida charm. Plus it's close to many attractions such as the Manatee Village Historical Park, Bishop Museum, Lecom Park, IMG Academy, Village of the Arts, Mote Aquarium, various nature preserves and the most beautiful beaches in the US. After you enjoy your day doing whatever makes you smile, unwind by watching the gorgeous sunset over the river from your villa. Once the sun is down, the yard is illuminated by twinkling lights so you can continue to enjoy the outside space. Summary: My wife and I stayed at this property while visiting the Bradenton/Sarasota area. We loved our stay at the Villa. The property is very charming, well appointed with everything you will need, and the attention to detail is amazing. We loved the courtyard and all it had to offer, including the pool. The location is great and the owners are wonderful. We will stay here again when we revisit the area.

Summary: Tranquil Tide is as lovely as it looks. We didn't want to leave! The villa is exceptionally clean and has every convenience one might need. The backyard is a calming oasis and Piper's Playpen, the dog area, is great too; lots of good smells and fun for a canine companion to explore. The location is perfect to venture out from, convenient to both Sarasota and St. Pete - though the Riverwalk right across the street provides for exercise and leads to entertainment without one ever needing to get in the car! Theresa the property manager could not have been more friendly or helpful. I/we will definitely return to this perfect little villa.

Summary: Super clean! Decorated so nicely! Bed is extra comfortable! If traveling with a dog you will love the doggy park in the backyard so your pet can be off leash for a bit! The views of Manatee River are beautiful! Location makes it easy to get around to restaurants and other sites. Will definitely plan to stay here again when in Bradenton to see family and friends!

Summary: From the moment we arrive a sense of freedom and tranquility was the mode, the villa has everything you need and more to start enjoy your vacation, we travel with my adolescent kids and 2 dogs , we where kind of concern if everybody will have a great time, my kids describe the experience as The Best Vacation ever !! they were able to use all the facilities , bikes , games , movies , pool , gardens , park and walk freely and safe. Special thanks to Theresa she was amazing , cordial and willing to assist in anyway she could. We will be coming back soon !!! Thank you so much.stay salty 🐠🐚😊🙏

Summary: Theresa has one of the best villa's my wife and I have stayed at. The place was perfect for the two of us. The inside was beautiful well maintained and had plenty of space. She had everything you needed for our stay. We could have just packed our clothes and had everything there for our beach trips. Outside was amazing. From the pool, to the dog area( which was big for us) all the lights and special touches was a true paradise for our stay. Theresa was very appreciative , helpful and very accommodating. We are already talking about booking with Theresa next year.
